About Salem Witch
A UK-based studio creating handmade jewellery and mystical home décor inspired by story, nature, and craft.
Where the Story Begins
Salem Witch was born after a soul-stirring trip to Salem, Massachusetts a place steeped in shadow, story, and resilience. For E. A. Harper, the visit awakened something long buried: a deep creative pull toward the mystical and the meaningful.
With roots in interior design, tarot, and storytelling, she returned home inspired to craft objects that honour the quiet power of folklore, the beauty of natural materials, and the enduring magic of handmade things.

In Memory, In Magic

A Quiet Moment at Charter Street Memorial
The Salem Witch Trials of 1692 were not only a tragedy, they were a haunting reminder of what fear, silence, and unchecked power can do. Nineteen people were executed for alleged witchcraft, most of them women, and hundreds more were accused. The Charter Street Memorial also known as the Salem Witch Trials Memorial stands in quiet remembrance of those lost. Stone benches bear the names of the condemned, extending from a low stone wall, symbolising lives unjustly cut short.
When E. A. Harper visited the site, she felt more than grief. She felt lineage. Creativity, resistance, and remembrance flowed together in that still space. Salem Witch, as a brand, is not about costume or cliché, it’s a reclaiming. A tribute to those accused, to the misunderstood, to the magic that lives in craft, care, and voice.

Our Mission
Salem Witch exists to honour the beauty of craft, the power of story, and the quiet resilience of the handmade. Our mission is to create objects that feel personal, jewellery and home décor that speak not only to aesthetic, but to meaning.
Rooted in natural materials and inspired by folklore, we believe in slowness, in subtlety, and in the sacredness of making something by hand. Every piece is a reminder: there is magic in intention, and art in the everyday.
Meet the Maker
E. A. Harper is the heart and hands behind Salem Witch. An interior designer by training, a tarot reader by instinct, and a writer by nature, her work lives at the intersection of art, intuition, and story. What began as a creative awakening during a visit to Salem, Massachusetts soon took shape as a studio practice grounded in care and purpose.
Drawing on her love of folklore and the natural world, Harper creates objects that feel both rooted and otherworldly. She favours organic materials, time-worn textures, and quiet design choices that carry meaning without shouting. Whether crafting a miniature bookshelf diorama or shaping a delicate piece of jewellery, her goal is always the same: to create pieces that feel held, storied, and alive.
Salem Witch isn’t just a brand it’s a practice of presence. A way of seeing. A belief in the magic that lives not in spectacle, but in detail.
