By purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all sales made through the Salem Witch online store, operated under Horrorfied Store Ltd. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
 

2. Product Descriptions
 

All products are handmade and one-of-a-kind. Due to the nature of handcrafted work, slight variations in colour, finish, or detail may occur. Product photos are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual item.
 

3. Payments
 

Payment is taken securely at checkout via our website using trusted third-party payment gateways. All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
 

4. Shipping & Delivery
 

• UK Orders over £50 qualify for Free Tracked 48 delivery (Royal Mail or equivalent).

• Orders under £50 are shipped via Untracked 2nd Class or economy delivery, unless upgraded at checkout.

• We do not currently offer Next Day Delivery.
   

5. International Orders
 

We currently accept international orders by request only. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm shipping availability, costs, and customs requirements.
 

Customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be invoiced separately. If we are unable to fulfil an international order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
 

6. Returns & Exchanges
 

Due to the bespoke and handmade nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and a description of the issue.
 

7. Custom Orders
 

For custom or personalised items, please use our Contact Form to discuss your request before placing an order. Custom orders are subject to approval and may carry additional processing time and costs.

We do our best to ensure that all products are accurately described and delivered safely. However, we are not liable for:
 

• Delays caused by postal services

• Lost or stolen parcels (for untracked deliveries)

• Minor variations in handmade items

• Customs delays or charges on international orders
