Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer free delivery? Yes! All UK orders include free 48-hour delivery shipping costs are already built into the price. No hidden fees at checkout.
Do you offer next-day delivery? Unfortunately, we don’t offer next-day delivery at this time. As a small handmade business, we appreciate your patience while we carefully prepare and dispatch your order.
Do you ship internationally? We’re currently UK-based and ship within the UK. If you're outside the UK and interested in ordering, please contact us first so we can calculate shipping and customs costs. If we’re unable to fulfil the order, we’ll issue a full refund and explain why.
Can I request a custom item? Yes! Some of our jewellery and décor items are customisable. If you have something special in mind, just reach out via the contact form we’re happy to discuss it.
